As far as shopping for the product that was good. My only issue is the product did not fit my vehicle. The ad said it would fit a vehicle from 2007 to 2018. I own a 2014 and the runners were too long so I would need to send it back. This is why I gave it a four-star versus the five. I received the package in good time it just doesn't fit my vehicle.
Found a very specific open box item I needed for my JK (halo headlights w/o harness, as I'm already wired in). Price was very fair, and parts showed up in great condition. If you buy open box, do allow a little extra time as it won't be pulled from regular inventory. Once the item shipped it arrived very, very quickly.

Purchase went smoothly, Anthony took care of me. The only issue i had was with Fed Ex. Fed Ex only delivered three of my tires and I had to wait another three days to get the other tire.

I had no idea what to call the part, but I described it, found it, ordered it and received it with no hassle or complications. I haven't had a chance to put it on, but it's identical to the part that I broke and am replacing so I foresee no complications there either. I'm a happy camper.
The entire ordering and checking out was very easy. The grill picture is just beautiful and love receiving a thumbs up from other drivers when they notice it..
Quality bumper, relatively straight forward install, but directions could use some improvement. Online videos were much more helpful
Over all it is a great bumper. Love the powder coat finish. A few issues though
One little spot on top of the bumper between big and little tube that the powder
Did not stick about a half inch circle ( no problem I touched it up). The bolts that
Fasten the bottom of the bumper to the mounting plates seem to be just a little short
I just left the lock washer of until I get a longer bolt. Last was the fog light bolts would not work
Their may have been a powder coat issue in the holes. I just used self taping screws.
Other than that I really like it. I've got the rear bumper coming.
The directions were terrible. Roof Rack itself is made of quality material but it not easy to install. It took a long time to install and still isn't completely flush to the roof
Incorrect Hardware - 1 of the brackets was incorrect. Now while I wait for the correct part I have only 2 brackets on one side.
