So I called regarding how to handle guests that are charging their E.V. I'm not set up for with a charging station for E.V.'s at the house. This guest pulled out an extension cord. And used it each day to charge the car I didn't know you could charge the car straight out of a 110 outlet. I also don't know how much that costs per day to our electric bill. So can we charge them to cover the additional electric cost?. Can you run an extension cord out of a house outlet? How much is it to charge a car per day? Your group was saying you guys haven't really looked into this. Just wondering if you guys had thoughts to it and if I could list an addition charge to cover that cost like the additional pool heater cost. This will be a cost that will happen more often as E.V. Cars become more popular. Please get back tome. Thanks,Rich

I book my home to myself when I need it. Evolve has been splendid in handling the bookings, answering questions, and paying me! It has been a workable and enjoyable partnership.

I booked 7 days in Tampa at one of their rentals. I paid and it went through. Two days later Envolve canceled our stay with no reason. Envolve also kept processing fees that should not be kept since they canceled, they shouldn't take any of my money... I think I'm going to take them to court to get back my fees. I'm really disappointed in this company..

Overall it was a good experience. It was a longer process than I had anticipated because Evolve would not even schedule the photographer until the tub was actually in and that meant waiting a week until after the tub install to do that step. And, the listing couldn't be changed to reflect the installation of the tub until after the photos had been taken and submitted to Evolve. We probably lost about three weeks of potential guests due to the delay. But, while there seemed to be unecessary delays, everyone was professional and the photos and listing are nice. Thank you.
Answer: Avoid Evolve it will be a major mistake listing your property with them. The client support is all flash with no substance. The owner protection insurance is a scam! The listing description was never correct, my Financial lost was over $6000 due to guest damages that were supposedly covered. The corporate infrastructure is amateurish and segmented without leadership.
