We needed to find a dog friendly place and this house fit what we were looking for. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed (and a few extra I didn't know we needed, like laundry detergent). The king bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. I'm a bit short though and could have benefitted from a step stool to get into it. Ha ha. The front porch was great for sitting and watching birds and it was gated to keep the dogs contained. The Blue Ridge Parkway, Boone and Blowing Rock were just a short drive away. It was just a really nice place to stay and I would book it again if I had the need.
Our multi-family reunion was a hit! We loved the views from the porch, the kitchen was great, the bedrooms were comfortable. It was clean and tidy. The 7 kids aged 17 to 3 loved the game room. It was close to all the shopping and hiking. Great Vacation!
The house was clean, fully equipped and is a comfortable cozy place. The house has many native pollinator plants that attracted butterflies and hummingbirds.
There is a vaulted living room with a grand stone fireplace room where we enjoyed evening fires, read and watched a movie or few on the TV. Very relaxing.
We also enjoyed the 2 kayaks, a canoe and a swimming area with a trampoline raft. We will return and stay longer next time.
The condo was lovely for 2 couples and a single adult. The setting was beautiful and we enjoyed the decrk and wooded view. It was close to shopping. We would definitely stay here again!
Everything was so wonderful. Very friendly hosts. Very clean and beautiful house. Had Everything we needed. I would highly recommend. Evolve was excellent to deal with. Everything went very smooth with no hiccups.
Everything was really nice. We had everything we needed from kitchen items to great sleeping beds. The view from the balcony was awesome and there was this cool little sitting room (sorta) downstairs where we were able to watch the deer pass and wait for rain to stop. All in all a wonderful stay.
We had a relaxing stay! The home was very comfortable and location was excellent for exploring around Tampa. We loved cycling around Davis Islands.

The entire process was easy and quick. Communication with our host was clear and simple. There were no issues, so I can't speak to issue resolution, but I suspect it would've been similar.
We rented a vacation home through Evolve and Miguel went above and beyond to accomodate us. Our family needed a later check out due to our flight time. He rearranged our cleaners so we could stay later. It made our last day so much easier! Thank you!

This was the longest trip we've taken away from home. The pictures we had to go by were accurate which was a concern of ours before arriving at the rental. We liked the fact that it was close to everything we needed, all within walking distance but yet quiet in the town of Dunedin. If we went back we would stay there again. The only thing I would like to see them upgrade is the bed. Other than that it was a very nice rental.
All good except that both of the Queen bed frames squeaked very loudly when you moved in the bed...other than that, the place is great!
We had no problems with our booking. All the sites have great pictures, and list all the details we'd like to know. This made it easy as could be in our booking. We looked for sites with enough rooms, good kitchen, and easy to access. We've booked before with Evolve, and we'll book again, because our experience was just that good.
We liked being closer in than we were last visit. Easy access to and from the condo. We were a bit concerned about parking but it was manageable. The condo itself was beautiful, comfortable, and fully equipped. I would love to return.
