Not impressed at all related to response time frame. Chats are extremely slow. Seems as though the contact appears to be juggling multiple chats at once. Email is no quicker. Call backs, forget it. Not gonna happen unless you demand a supervisor and even then it's no guarantee. You're promised the moon initially, but the longer you are with Evolve, the less important you are.
I'm already contacting other services looking for another management group.
Aloha. The rental was clean. Everything seemed new. The location is convenient - close to Kamakahonu beach and the Kailua pier, as well as to KTA grocery store and two malls. There are two bedrooms and a nice living room area and an enclosed lanai
It was great. Clean, roomy and convenient for what we needed at the time. Host was very nice.
It was very easy to use the site, and everything was just as described. The pictures were accurate, and the detailed descriptions and information were very helpful.
Quiet, and very relaxing had to drive ways to go places which was ok, but was peaceful neighborhood nice and clean would be excellent for someone who likes fishing or just relaxing listening to the creek babble.
I have been with other rental agencies. So far I like how Evolve keeps you informed throughout the rental process. You know when you have renters, how much they are paying plus you get paid through out the month. Not just once a month and everything is a big secret. Happy so far.
The neighbor is a skitso and harassed us to the point he came in. As we were only females staying there, we did not feel comfortable staying the second night after showing us he had a key, so we left after the first night. The host refused to refund for the second night saying "he's harmless". Didn't feel like risking being a statistic
The property we rented was very dated. It had 1980's style kitchen and it was dark. When we did have issues they were resolved quickly. The gate to get into the neighborhood needs to be rethought, each time you go in, a wait of 20-30 was waiting for you.

Clean, good shape. Both beds were of good quality. No apparent control over thermostat, and it ran fairly cold. Watch your head with the gutter near the entrance. Love the location, able to leave the car and walk everywhere.

We needed to find a dog friendly place and this house fit what we were looking for. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed (and a few extra I didn't know we needed, like laundry detergent). The king bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. I'm a bit short though and could have benefitted from a step stool to get into it. Ha ha. The front porch was great for sitting and watching birds and it was gated to keep the dogs contained. The Blue Ridge Parkway, Boone and Blowing Rock were just a short drive away. It was just a really nice place to stay and I would book it again if I had the need.
Answer: Avoid Evolve it will be a major mistake listing your property with them. The client support is all flash with no substance. The owner protection insurance is a scam! The listing description was never correct, my Financial lost was over $6000 due to guest damages that were supposedly covered. The corporate infrastructure is amateurish and segmented without leadership.
