When two sisters come from out of state for an annual gathering, we need a cozy place with a kitchen for cooking, a nice view, good beds, and a welcoming living area for lots of talking. This place delivered it all.

We loved the Ocean Club condo we rented in March 2025. Excellent location, walk-able to lots of stores and restaurants along the ocean front. The condo was well kept and extremely well furnished. It made for a wonderful vacation

Issue unresolved. Since Evolve is unwilling to charge the new tax rates, I will loose up to 7% on all my rentals for this summer.

As explained previously, once you informed us of the change in April, we immediately implemented the new tax rate for all future bookings. However, sales tax is calculated at the time of booking, not when the guest checks in, which is why the updated rate couldn’t be applied to existing reservations. We want to be fully transparent with you that this process is in line with tax regulations, though we understand the inconvenience it causes.
We apologize if our solution didn’t meet your expectations. Be rest assured that we are committed to working with you to make your experience with us as smooth as possible and if you have any other questions or would like assistance with anything else, please don't hesitate to reach out.
The location of this rental was perfect and everything was clean and ready for our stay! Easy access and it was nice to have a garage!
The house and accommodations were fantastic! It's a cute little place in the country. The beds were comfy, all the little touches were fabulous. The lake is not less than one mile away! There is NO lake access from the property! It is 3.2 miles to Eaton's Beach and Grill. That restaurant and beach was a great experience, great food, and we would recommend it. The owners of the house let us get in a little earlier, and we stayed an hour later, which we appreciated to accommodate us.

This is a great property, location, space, privacy are all desirable. On 2 occasions I called and texted the host and never received a response. If you had an real issue, you might be on your own.

Everything was great until the hot water heater went out and they couldn't get it fixed. Two days without a shower for the family was not a pleasant experience.

The stay was perfect! We enjoyed every minute. The location was easy-to-use and not far from anything we wanted to see.
I called with just a general question of how to improve bookings. The woman I talked to looked into my account and identified that Airbnb had dropped us. I would not have known that. So she referred me to a specialist and over two weeks of emails back and forth we are now back on Airbnb. Thank you for digging deeper and advocating on our behalf.

Cañon City was a convenient location for our board meeting. The house was perfect for a meeting, It had plenty of rooms for our team, and the backyard patio and fire pit were great. It was not only functional, but cozy. The host communicated very clearly and helpfully throughout. Our stay could not have been better. The hosts were key to our comfort and confidence up front.
Place was as advertised. Place was clean and comfortable. Pub was overflowing so we ate out every night.

The host was very helpful and easy to talk to. The house itself was very clean and well appointed. Space was more than enough for our group. The outside areas were exactly as described. We were more than pleased with our experience. The host even reached out after our stay to see how we were doing. One of our family members had a medical emergency during our stay that required a short hospitalization. We had to make changes in our stay. Our host was compassionate and helped make a scary situation better for our family member.

We spent the weekend. It was a perfect set up for 2 couples. We cooked in both nights and did day trips to explore the area. The house has beautiful views and felt like someone's home(not just an investor's project).

Answer: Avoid Evolve it will be a major mistake listing your property with them. The client support is all flash with no substance. The owner protection insurance is a scam! The listing description was never correct, my Financial lost was over $6000 due to guest damages that were supposedly covered. The corporate infrastructure is amateurish and segmented without leadership.
