These $#*!ing idiots mailed the bracelet I ordered TWO times to the wrong address when. When I told them the first time they messed up and did not include the house number they said OK we'll send it again it happened again surprise surprise and they wanted to charge me to send it out a third time FOR THEIR MISTAKE. When I finally got the product nearly 2 months after I ordered it. It was some cheap $#*! metal that made my gf wrist green and DID NOT include the engraved picture i requested. Whe. I complained AGAIN they said they do not issue refunds for orders over a month old LOL wtf is this business. It's got to be so kind of joke.
I bought a ring from EA and the stone fell out within 3 weeks. It was a gift for my girlfriend. She was very disappointed."customer service " wanted me to return it to be repaired! Not replaced repaired. Like throw some gorilla glue on it? Oh but first I needed to send original receipt/ original packaging/ a photo/and a formal letter of what happened then they would determine if they could do something! Are you kidding me! It was a gift! Who saves all that? I didn't ask for money back I want a ring that doesn't fall apart! Based on EA reviews this company is doomed to failure! Feeling dupped! I was ripped off and the girlfriend is very unhappy and is telling all her friends. Some of which are in the entertainment business!
I ordered a beautiful mother's ring. After the 4th time my mom wore it, it only had 3 stones left out of 12! I emailed them and they refuse to fix it bc it's past the 60-day warranty period. It looked pretty. Now it's junk. Wasted my $40
I ordered a memorial dog tag to commemorate my mom as I no longer work for the funeral home who originally made excellent tags for half the price (the new owners no longer provide this service-perhaps I should buy their software). The engraving was almost invisible, the chain is garbage (it looked like it actually came from a bubble-gum machine), and the date of death was incorrect (the company stated that was my mistake-sorry Charlie). I ended up being stiffed for $56.18, an amount that if considering all issues were solved, was still worth about $30.00 tops. This company only gets one star for at least answering my queries timely, even if there was zero help.
I spent $80 after a "promotion" to get a mothers necklace with a tree in the middle with small chips of gemstones and a ring around it etched with my kids' names. It looked nice enough and packaging was fine. The engravings were very light, the chain was cheap, and the pendent loop kept opening, but overall I liked the look of it. I replaced the chain and loop. I wore it everyday, but it lost a small gem. I requested a replacement and was willing to pay for it, but they said the only way it could be fixed would be to mail it back, pay $6 for a repair and another $12 for return shipping. That's not a lot, but for a cheap gemstone without any assurance that more won't start falling out and I'd have to repeat the entire process over, so not worth it. I was hoping to replace it myself. For the price of this item, I do not recommend purchase unless you don't plan to use it often. I will say ordering, shipping, and response to my questions did go smoothly.
I received a Birthstone ring from my children for Mothers Day it had 12 stones I noticed I lost 2 stones after having it for a month I emailed them last Sunday got an immediate response that they would replace it I sent a picture I received the replacement in 4 days Very Pleased with this company.
Although i read reviews but i still went ahead to order a customized jewelry from South Korea, despite shipping over-billing, i am still unable to check status or track my order. Customer service will not reply my email and its like i cant contact anybody to assist. I just hope i get my item delivered and thats the end of business with eves addiction
I ordered a birthstone necklace for my mom about 10 days before mothers day... while checking out i had various problems with my card(but finally it was accepted and charged!) I then recieve a call the next day stating they are having issues with my billing/shipping address (we get it sorted out) and i was told everytgong is now fixed and approved and my necklace will be shipped out asap!... well my mom never received her necklace, i went through my email and found out that after i spoke with customer service and was told everything was approved the sent a email stating my orser was canceled.
I gave them the benefit of doubt and replaced my order 2 days ago, as well as chose next day shipping (since im already way past mothers day)! When i tracked my order this AM it states it wont be there until the 22nd... I DO NOT RECOMMEND, jewelry may be nice but you can find the same thing elsewhere with better customer service!
I read all the reviews after I placed my order I can honestly say that I absolutely loved my order no problem ordering on the web site and with engraving the jewelry also. It was beautiful and good price but when I did call them a few days after my order to confirm that my order would be here in time for mothers day I could not got the life of me understand the young lady on the phone I though I was talking with a foreigner and there was so much back ground noise of people in the company on the phones that I had a hard time talking to her also she couldn't even understand me lol. But in a nut shell I'am very happy with my order I would definately order from them again.
Similiar to other complaints. Put order in paid for shipping guaranteed Mothers Day Delivery, got confirmation order was started and would ship. Never arrived. Went on this morning and they emailed me day before Mothers Day they had credit card issue and cancelled order! What the hell! Plenty of money in my account, if there was a card issue would have detected at time of the order. I think either this is a scam company or sisnt have man power to meet shipping deadlines so they cancelled all the orders and ruined a bunch of Mothers Days! Biggest low down cheap move ever. I too will report to BBB!
Ordered prior to 1pm. Website clearly advertises order before 1pm for same day shipping. Ordered, paid for next day freight. Even started live chat with them to confirm that the order would ship the same day. Received confirmation. Next day received shipping notification. Started live chat again only to find out that my order didnt ship the previous day as I was told. Now i am out the overnight freight fee that i paid. The offered a 20 dollar gift certificate when i paid 25 for next day air freight. Now i will not receive my order until Monday. And i will be out of town until Thursday. There is a reason that people pay for next day air. Dont offer something that you cant deliver on!
This is the worst experience I have had with an online retailer. Ordered a necklace and was notified shortly after that they cancelled the order because my credit card information was declined. Then I notice 2 pending charges on my bank account for the order. Called and asked how the card was declined and order cancelled if they obviously had no problem charging my account. No help from the customer "service" team. Promised the charges would come off my account in 24-48 hours but now they have gone through. Don't do business with this company, they are a sham. I will be filing a suit with the BBB.
Absolutely horrible customer service. The supervisor is a scam artist. I called right after I placed the order to make sure that I had ordered it correctly and I was told yes. Something told me to call back the next day just to make absolutely sure and wouldn't you know it was incorrect. The supervisor told me we have thousands of orders and I cannot find yours. I said if you have thousands of orders how have you already completed mine? I called right after I ordered to make sure that it was correct and was told that it was. Call today and you're telling me it is wrong and I am stuck with it. I am disputing it with my bank and I only wish I had read these reviews beforehand. Stay far away from this company.
Ordered a 5 stone birthstone ring for my mother for mothers day. When it came the prongs were holding the stones in were so rough it would tear up the side fingers. I called to see if I could get it exchanged for a different kind that would work better (this was to be for an 80 year old). I was told no because it was a custom item with engraving. Wrong it was ordered with engraving but that was not done. Another disappointment!
I wish I had read the reviews about Eve Addiction before I ordered anything from them. The quality of the locket n chain was literally dollar store quality! And the engraving was sooo pathetic you could hardly make out what Anything said!. A complete waste of money!. I don't understand how they are still in business, considering they make themselves out to be a site offering quality sterling silver jewelry. But the item you receive is at the throw away junk level. And their prices definitely do not match what you receive - Total rip off!
I ordered a pendant online for $45. The next day I noticed two pending charges of $45 on hold and then received an email stating my billing address did not match my credit card and that I needed to send a copy of my license to release the order. I did forward a copy and then called customer service who verified my order had gone through and the duplicate charge would fall off in 2-3 business days. After hanging up I received an email stating the order had been cancelled by mistake and that I would have to reorder online if I wanted to continue. Four business days later the $90 is still pending on my account.
I have literally spend hours of my time trying to resolve this issue to no avail. I finally had to call my bank's fraud department to file a dispute.
Each and every email starts with "we apologize for any inconvenience". This was honestly the worst online retail experience I have ever had. They are also based on the East Coast and are unavailable after 6 p.m. eastern standard time making it very difficult to contact them after 3 p.m. if you live on the west coast.
This store is phoney I paid 25$ for next day delivery and they gave me some crap about it won't be delivered because I miss the cut if time BS and I won't get my anniversary gift for my husband untill tomorrow. It's a scam
Ordered a necklace with my boys name gave my telephone number email address they could only put 2 names and on the the third name they put T why did they not contact me and let me know too many letters then i call and all you have to go through to get it fixed took to jewerly store here intown and they are redoing for me at a cost why give your information if they dont cont you
I ordered one engraved bracelet and then tried again since it didn't send. I then noticed a "proof of address" e-mail so I sent it attached to the second order. The bastards then sent me two of the same bracelet? Common sense could tell you that I only responded to one shipment. Nice way for them to get an extra $153.00. Called customer service and that was a waste of time. No help just a $20 gift card for a later purchase. Wont need or give to anyone because this place is a scam!
Less than 24hrs of me wearing it my anklet broke off. I highly suggest that you do not buy from this site. The products are cheap!
Answer: I had the same thing happen to mine twice and the first time they replaced It i had it less than a day and it fell out again now they won't respond to me. I paid 40$ for mine... good luck
