The stuff was very nice. However the car was damaged at the back. Only later i realized that there is no reverse camera or any assitancs while driving backwards. I am pretty sure the stuff was aware about this problem. On taking the car i asked for another car, i did not know then about the spesific problem but they refused.

Process is frustrating. Phone number on app was incorrect. Walked to new Europcar booth in terminal. Instructions to find shuttle bus. Walk around. Find shuttle bus. Taken to Europcar, then stood outside bus for another 20 minutes while we waited for other customers to process their hire. I had booked the car for 2 pm, 3 months prior. Received the car at 3 pm, to then proceed for our long planned drive. Too much mucking around.
Amazing experience and very organised staff.
I always trust Europcar Greece whenever I visit Athens.

The car was good but the office for pick up and drop off is outside the airport and nobody told us. Also the mail confirmation sends to a direction that is not the location. This also happened to me in Naples (italy), Dalaman (turkey) and in Crete(greece). The employees said nothing and i lost a lot of time on holidays. Last time with europcar

Negative: the "documents" part is still too long. Why to give again and again passport, credit cards, driving licence... when you are a regular member and renting regularly? At the end time being a member of not is exactly the same (i saw it with parallel clients)
