The office is outside the airport and need to take the shuttle. We were rapidlly taken in charge and all staff were welcoming.

I received a booster seat for +5 years child instead of a full baby seat for 3 years old child. That is not safety at all. I had to put my child of 3 years in a booster...
The USB socket into the car doesn't work so it is impossible to plug your phone to charge it. I had to use my phone as GPS (google maps) but without USB socket, my phone got low battery before I reach my final destination.
It is the first time in more than 15 years of using Europcar that I really feel unconfortable in a rental car.
For me, it is a very bad experience.

I arrived 4.00 am. Car almost new but with lots of scratches and some dents. Obviously dark night. They make a video and some pictures. They said to me that It was not important because I have bought full all risk insurance. But, when I returned the car 8.00 pm they repeated the process and said to me that a very very small lscratch underside of the car was new. So they asked me to pay 31 eur because of the management of the claim with the insurer. This is regardless I had the full all risk insurance. I refused to pay. Obviously it is not because of the quantity. I had paid more than 1k eur for one week car. This is because I thought it was totally unfair.
Picked up in airport and very friendly service.
Could recommend that it is highligthted when ordering that you will be picked up - but again good service:-)

Il was a very old car (80 000km)
We haven't problem but it was inconfortable

Le réservoir n'était pas plein au départ de la location. Alors qu'il est stipulé dans la confirmation de réservation que le réservoir doit être plein et rendu plien. Pas possible de se plaindre à 23h00 alors que le réservoir n'est plein qu'a moitié.

Our shuttle bus is allocate in the bus station opposite of the Arrival hall, 50 meters of the entrance of Arrival Hall.

We were under the impression the rental agency was at the airport. It was not. We were uncertain where to pick up the shuttle, and waited a long time for the shuttle. This process should be made clearer. Once we caught the shuttle, everything else went smoothly. The woman who help us get our car was great.
