Love reading the question and answer and continually learning. I elected to go with the B&W Companion after reading reviews. I knew the Curt puck system was in the GMC but felt more comfortable with the B&W. Thank you for the response and info.

I have bought a few products from etrailer in the past, recently looking at artificial rain gutters i had a few questions regarding dimensions and i knew who to ask: etrailer. They answered my questions and went the extra mile to create a webpage with images with dimensions. Hard to find better service than that.

I contacted tech support (Kyle) at etrailer.com to ensure I was ordering the correct replacement break away cable assy for my horse trailer. Kyle asked some clarifying questions and assured me the part is was about to order was the correct one. The break away cable fit and works perfectly. My trailer is now safe again. Will definitely be ordering it real soon it makes it difficult to find the right equipment when you have the 4 corners air suspension

Still need to know if this compressor will auto shut down at 145 lbs. of pressure and restart at low pressure so I can hook it to frame and not have to worry about it running full time also q.( i did not ask) does the comp. Have to mounted horizontal or can it go in on an slight angle or with it laying on it side.

Thanks for the advice, and getting back to me quickly. I was disappointed that there isn't a replacement part for the Even Brake air pressure. However for some unknown reason the Even Brake worked perfectly on this last trip. So it's still a little of a mystery.

The help given was good. I now think I know why I am hitting my tailgate, You gave me insight at what to look at better than what I got from the person I talked to at Curt. I am going to try the suggestion that Kyle gave me and see what happens. Thanks

Yes Jason was awesome, I had my brake sensor box mounted in the wrong position. Works great now. Thanks for all your help

Kyle did an outstanding job! Not only finding the proper wireing harness I needed, but he also took the time to teach this old dog something I couldn't find help with. The chain auto part stores didn't have the answer as to my Ford E 350 box truck, because it's simply not listed in there search engines. Not all Ford E 350 Heavy Duty are Econoline vans. Hat's off to a company I've trusted for 35 years worth of trailer hitches!

Good thorough answer and very polite. Took couple days to get response but overall satisfied. Not sure solution has been found since I cannot test brakes until next Spring when I can take the camper back out on the road. Thanks
