Well I am a believer in the reviews. I ordered my locks and am waiting. I appreciate my questions being answered but I just called in and got my needed answers. Based on the ratings to my right, it looks like the team needs to do some damage control.

The experience I have had with etrailer has been fantastic. It started with their catalog of goods and prices- excellent. I had a question on fit of a roof rack and kayak holders that was responded to quickly and effectively - great information. I ordered the goods on line and there were numerous follow ups. While typically not significant, the manner in which the goods were packaged was telling of a concern for quality. Could not be more pleased.

The fascia cutouts that I've seen on Ford Edges looked terrible. The hitch I bought has the receiver below the fascia but I was concerned with the lower ground clearance. In hindsight it was a nonissue. Varies ball mount sizes can be used to adjust ground clearance (thanks Jon for all your help)... My questions to etrailer were all answered within 24hrs. My hitch and wiring kit shipped in two days via UPS undamaged.

I recently purchased bump stops for the rear of my F150 2015 to help with my Rv. Although I haven't used it yet for the RV, the stops went on fast as advertised and the service at etrailer was first rate. I will definitely use etrailer in the future

We were told to check for breaks in the wiring to see if a short may have occurred. We did figure out our problem and got the trailer moved the same day we asked the question. We were able to disconnect the battery and move the trailer inside whre we will be able to check the wiring out more closely.

I had a question about replacing lights on my trailer and whether the ones I selected from the website would work. The response time was quick and helped save me from making a mistake.
Have been looking for something that i could move a 5x10 utility trailer and 22 foot pontoon trailer with so the weight of both trailers wouldn't be on back of yard tractor. I found the etrailer site and a hand dolly to move thing with but also could be make to tow behind a atv or yard tractor. When it arrived was very happy with how well it was built. Very happy with purchase.
Jack was very helpful about it. The issue was that I had purchased it from another company come to find out and it came up E trailer in my search for trouble shooting. The motor had something inside wrong with it and ended up refunding the money on it. Jack helped anyway, great service!

The answer to my question was timely, accurate and absolutely helpful. The replacement shower faucet for my 2001 Fleetwood Bounder 36S was ordered, and was recieved quickly and in perfect condition.
I spoke with the person from the installation dept. The concern I have is that I bought a set of the timbren suspension assist from etrailer, they are not working well for me because without a load there is little or no spacing to the rear axle, his suggestion was that I should return them and install air bags. Can I do that, they have maybe 300 miles on them, if that's possible let me know...
