Chris answered my question directly and clearly and provided a video. My wish is that the website provided a means for me to reply and to ask a further question. Instead I had to submit a new one.

The Kia soul 2014 dealer recommends 2 bikes on a hitch, which Jameson informed me about. What does not make since is etrailer demonstrates, lists and recommends a Thule 4 hitch bike rack for a Kia 2014 Soul? Kind of confusing.

I appreciate that someone is willing to take the time to help solve issues. There are so many possible technical solutions and pitfalls to trailering and towing today that the trial and error method can be expensive.

John didn't completely answer my question but he did take the time and offered some good insights. Thanks for helping in my decision.

These folks are great and answer questions from the perspective of an expert. No pressure to buy, but suggestions of products included which I have no issue with. Would absolutely do business with this company.

We were trying to figure out if the cargo bag would fit our Subaru and had heard conflicting reports. I emailed etrailer Sunday evening and had a detailed response first thing Monday morning! I was going to buy the cargo bag from Amazon, but will purchase through etrailer just because of the great customer service!

Sometimes the most obvious solution is the hardest to answers. In a day and age when information is so readily available it is nice to find people who are knowledgeable enough to answer questions that are not always obvious to the non-experts or in this case confirm a suspicion. I watched videos on the installation of the hitch. I also placed an order for all of the recommended items.

I was able to remedy my problem quickly. I appreciate this service. I had no idea how to remove a rear light bulb on my TT... turn or twist or pull. Once I knew, the light bulb was replaced.
This site is so amazingly helpful and those that help me are very patient.
