Thank you for clearing up my confusion of when to adjust the air pressure in the Flex Air Pin Box air bags as indicated by the hydraulic damping shock. Of course your answer synched with what was a logical conclusion I had arrived at on my own. But because the earlier explanations left some ambiguity I felt asking again and more directly was a best course. You did indeed meet my best expectations in your reply. Thank you.

I had questions about damage that occurred to my hitch and king pin box while it was at the dealer for repairs. The eTrailer.com answer was just the 'backing' I needed to go to the dealer and be confident that my concerns were reasonable. The dealer has stepped up to the plate and been very easy to work with. We both have learned valuable lessons from this experience. Jason covered the items we should check and laid out the range of possible damages. He also made suggestions on what direction to take for repairs. I showed his answer to the dealer and the dealer was complimentary of the etrailer.com forum. Also - the response time was amazing - I submitted my question and had an answer the next day!

The Kia soul 2014 dealer recommends 2 bikes on a hitch, which Jameson informed me about. What does not make since is etrailer demonstrates, lists and recommends a Thule 4 hitch bike rack for a Kia 2014 Soul? Kind of confusing.

I appreciate that someone is willing to take the time to help solve issues. There are so many possible technical solutions and pitfalls to trailering and towing today that the trial and error method can be expensive.

John didn't completely answer my question but he did take the time and offered some good insights. Thanks for helping in my decision.

Sometimes the most obvious solution is the hardest to answers. I was able to remedy my problem quickly. I appreciate this service. I had no idea how to remove a rear light bulb on my TT... turn or twist or pull. Once I knew, the light bulb was replaced.
