I contacted eTrailer regarding optimal wire size to run some LED lights in a hunting cabin off a 12v deep cycle battery. The expert response confirmed my plan was safe!

I was lead to believe that Malone roof racks would fit my new RAV4. They did not and I was charged to send them back. The site said the Malone racks "Fits RAV4 2019" But in fact they only fit one of the 7 models of the 2019 RAV4. Customer service was not helpful. Pre-sales support led me to believe the product would work. And returning the item was not easy and costly.

I asked if an operator controlled discharge chute blocker on an Exmark Viking could be used with a grass catcher. I was told to attach the grass /leaf catcher the chute blocker would need to be reviewed. Wanted to understand before purchasing the grass catcher. Thanks for the thorough prompt response.

Quick and correct information got me bearings, and back on the road. Will give them some business in the future

Etrailer had a quick response to my question. A little disappointed the tow hitch didn't upload to the site easier for others to see. Otherwise it was a good experience and would ask a question again.

Prior to even considering purchasing an item (namely a Jensen RV television), I needed very specific measurement information to assure a proper fit for my installation. I posed my question, and within 24 hours, received an accurate response.

I consider this excellent pre-sales information that would have ordinarily been unavailable without specific investigation by eTrailer.

Chris R was very helpful in answering questions about wiring a brake controller into my Dodge Ram. I got a response in less than a day and got hints on what to look for.

I reached out to ask what the tow capacity is on my 2019 Jeep Cherokee 4x4 Latitude Plus. The question was sent and then received an answer with very informative/correct information from Jameson C. This was great and thank you!

Purchased part for truck and needed it asap, so I paid the uncharge for 3-day shipping. By 4:00pm on 4th day no product; asked for a credit for difference between regular shipping and 3-day uncharge ( seemed a reasonable request) No credit issued only given what I would deem excuses, saying basically its "not our fault" Its 1:00pm 5th day still no product
Best to shop Amazon... fast and service has to be better.

In short, they sent the wrong parts and refuse to credit my credit card until they have inspected the return which takes up to 14 days. Nothing i can do but wait. The service is the worst i have EVER seen in my life! If u need trailer parts look elsewhere!

Thank so much for your feed back. I definitely am getting the Kuat transfer 1. I am also getting one of the hitch options from you too. I'm still deciding on either Curt or the Draw tie hitches for my mazda, and having someone just install for me.

Jameson provided a thorough response in a timely manner. He answered my question completely and courteously regarding the Airlift 1000 HD springs.

I have always had good service and prompt responses to my questions from e-trailer. It is my go to place for replacement parts and fifth wheel accessories. Much better than going to Camping World or other RV outlets that have limited selections. I will always be an e-trailer customer.
