Everything came as described and really fast. Directions need to be better though. Good thing there was a video on their site

The Curt hitch was packed well. Fast shipping. Watched the installation videos for the hitch. Very easy installation. I installed it by myself and used a couple of tiedown straps to hold it up so I could get one bolt started on each side then installed the rest of the bolts and torqued them down to 137lbs. The hitch seems to be made very well. Very happy with it.

It was easy to find the Demo tow plate towing caps and this is the only site I was able to find them.

Shipping was fast. Easy installation about 15 min and was done. Build quality seems good we will see how it holds up. Pulled a 400lb no problem.

Great product only issue was the self tapping screw was to cheap I replaced it and the install was easy.

Steering was all over the place. Actually had to drive the RV instead of just enjoying the ride. Looked underneath and noticed rear bump stops were pretty much gone. Figured I'd try that before going big. It did the trick tracking down the road like it should.

I watched a very informative video sponsored by etrailer on YouTube on how to install trailer wiring on my 2014 PriusV using a wiring kit available from etrailer. This plug & play install was so easy, it took me about 45 minutes start to finish.
Ordering on line was a snap, I got up to date info of when my order was shipped & when to expect delivery.
