Etrailer was the first place I checked for 2 small replacement items for my 2020 Entegra Emblem and they had exactly what I needed, they were shipped promptly and arrived on time. I checked several other retailers and none had the items I wanted.

Although it says you can install without taking the bumper facia off, you better have 2 men to do it. Being a woman, I had to remove it. Easy install after that.

I ordered a trailer hitch for my Kia with help from customer support online. Order arrived two-day, but the hitch box was beat to hell. The hitch was scratched but nothing that would be seen. Videos made the install pretty seamless.

Everything overall was good. Odd thing was all the hitch mounting hardware was grade 10.9, but the bolt the secures the receiver to the hitch was only grade 5.

Great description of product, enjoy the product videos and seeing it in use. Helps with selection choices! Prices Little high on some things over others.

Unfortunately my order came incomplete. Now it seems I have to order a whole new mat/ rug instead of just the missing portion. This mean I must remove missing pieces from new order or repack the old order. Neither an easy task because it is oversized and the box isn't easy to open without ripping which makes the return that much harder. Not even sure if I have to bring the package somewhere which is also difficult. Not a good purchasing experience at all.

I had to replace the instant hot water heater in my food truck as I had not properly winterized and froze it up. The replacement was the same make and model but a few years newer. It appears that some of the shortcomings of the design I had originally purchased have been addressed and improved upon. There is now a bleeder valve on the inlet side, and the copper piping/tubing is better secured so it's more resistant to twisting when one is tightening the fittings. The heater functioned without issue on its first fire up!
