I want to be able to find a list of the contents of the hitch I purchased to find out what is included. So far I have been unable to find it listed on your website.
Hitch was almost an exact fit, the bolt hole for the frame lined up perfectly, however I have issues where you install the carriage bolt for the tow loop, the spacer provided seems a little too wide and makes the carriage bolt sit crooked, maybe my tow loop is a little bent, it doesn't seem like it, but I'm gonna try and pry it downward just a tad and see if I can get the carriage bolt through, I'll try and update if I can after I try, really don't believe it's e trailers fault as everything else lined up perfectly, hopefully I can fix it because that carriage bolt is for stability I believe
After buying 3 other bumpers and nearly giving up, i finally found a good quality rubber bumper i csn use. Im hoping someone at etrailer will get back to me with wholesale pricing on 11 more. Thanks

Shipping on our hitch was very fast. The instillation videos on YouTube helped a great deal. The instillation was fairly easy, you definitely need two people. I had a few questions about the wiring harness, customer service couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Great people, a very good experience.
