Great experience! Ordered the trailer hitch for my 2006 Honda Ridgeline. Order came in on time, installation was so easy. Literally, took me and my son few minutes to install the kit. Had to drill one tiny hole for the ground wire. You can easily ground it to rear light housing without any drilling, I just didn't have a bolt laying around at the home.

Excellent product and customer service, however the mounting holes didn't didn't quite line up with my truck's frame, no matter how I repositioned the hitch. I had to grind a 32nd or so off two of the holes to get the bolts in.

This is the 2nd time ordering from this company. With the 1st order, everything went smoothly, and the product (a lense cover) fit perfectly.
I love this trailer cover, but this is my 3rd time ordering it. After a year, the corners of the cover starts to rip and eventually rips all apart.
If you can somehow protect each top of the corner of each cover, this would be the perfect cover for trailers.
