There were challenges with the original purchase and while they took some time to work through I eventually received the replacement order and everything worked out in the end. Acknowledging nothing is always perfect with mass mfg processes the replacement order packaging and product arrived in much better condition and was acceptable. I'm in process of installing the replacement trailer jack today.

As stated in the title - all went well! We tried the rear view mirror extensions and they seem to be just what we wanted although we don't have our trailer here so we can't really vote on the product itself.

Everything was perfect. All the assembly items, instructions, and bolt pattern fit exactly as advertised. I used my motorcycle lift to put it in place, I beat the professional installation time by 10 minutes it was that easy. The lift was the key. I'm 74, it was easy piezy, s as nd had 2 beers to celebrate

The box that the Jack came in had holes in it from the jack not being packed well. Also, the box was not taped shut which probably lead to the packing moving around that allowed the jack to shift around in the box.
