Tried to order a hitch FOUR TIMES with my credit card. Each was declined TWELVE HOURS LATER because the "security department" refused to ship to an address different from the the credit card billing address. After speaking with a couple of very good phone representatives, I ordered through PayPal and the "security department" FINALLY approved the sale.
There are far better ways to have secure transactions, get with it eTrailer. You might even try speaking with a customer if there's any question of the validity of the charge.
Because of all these delays, I had to spend $100 a night for three extra nights at an RV park with a broken hitch. Yes, that added $300 to the cost of the hitch and screwed up the appointment I had with an installer, so had to find another installer. What a mess, thanks eTrailer.
First delivery had a big hole in the side of the box where the hitch punched out and was lost
ETrailer contact link did not work on my computer, but next day I called the number. A very nice lady answered and sent me another hitch bar which was packed in the same size box but lots of paper padding. Hitch was ok and took only 3 days to deliver whereas UPS delayed the shipment for a lot of days I suspect this had something to do with the busted box as UPS delivered a empty box to my front door.

I had to return the item I ordered because it was damaged. The return and replacement was expedited to me which was very unexpected and appreciated. I've had dealings with eTrailer for years and their customer service couldn't be better.

Overall, in a world of on line ordering, I can't think of one improvement I'd recommend. A+ experience and the hitch fit perfectly. (I installed it myself with no issues)
