Free and fast shipping, my wheels and tires came more quickly than the other needed parts I was forced to order from other distributers, getting my trailer back on the road quickly and before my upcoming trip.

I needed a 14" spare tire with a black rim, I typed in the exact tire size needed, scrolled through several choices until I came to the one with the black rim and I ordered it. It ended up being a 15" which was not the size I entered as my search size. I didn't realize the scrolling option would take you out of the sizes that are requested in original search. Of course I had to pay for the return since it was my error. They did not have my size tire with the black rim so I had to go elsewhere.

I've got little to no automotive understanding and was very weary about making a purchase for auto parts online. After purchasing the kit here, I called my local auto shop and they said that etrailers is their preferred vendor to get these for all their installations. It was shipped very cleanly and simple packaging (everything contained in shrink wrap) and I couldn't be happier with the process.

We bought a 5th wheel and I had 1 week to buy and install a 5th wheel hitch and etrailer shipped quick and I received my order in 3 days.

Very pleased, delivery was ahead of schedule, vents worked like supposed to.

So far so good, will have to see how well everything works later this week!

It's later on and the hitch went one, well, without a hitch! No issues with installing the physical hitch nor the wire harness. I can't wait to test it out sometime soon.

The installation was a little rough but that can be expected when installing things on your own but I had no complaints and no complications in getting my parts fast and easy.

Etrailer made it so easy to verify which 5th wheel hitch would work best for my new GMC 2500 HD truck. Great technical information and reviews that really made it a breeze! The hitch shipped immediately and appeared to arrive several days early, which would have been a nice change. Unfortunately this wasn't the case as the hitch was shipped in two pieces, one via a common carrier (UPS), the other heavier piece shipped direct via TForce. In the end the product arrived in the time advertised on their web site, but for 5 business days customer service couldn't tell me anything other than "we know it shipped". We're leaving on a camping vacation this week, so delivery timing was crucial. All in all the hitch arrived in time, installation was a breeze, and we're all set to leave in the morning!

It does not come with the screws to attach it and should have noted that in the description.

This is the 2nd time I have purchased an aftermarket hitch from etrailer and should I need to in the future I will do so again.

E-trailer site gives good descriptions and great technical specifications making it easy to select the right trailer hub assembly. I went to two auto parts stores both times I wanted to purchase hubs and both times, they could not give me the proper hub. I purchased them from e-trailer. The last hub went on very well. I am hoping the quality of the product is as good as the site.

I ordered tires for my Forest River Wildwood RV and found they were out of stock. I called the sales team and was able to substitute the brand with a different brand that was better quality and saved $13 per tire!
