I wanted to get a weedeater rack that wasn't permanent as I don't always use this trailer for mowing. Shipping was fast and it was easy to mount. Read reviews and people complained about bolts vibrating lose well I went ahead and got locking washers, locking nuts and there is no vibrating issue everything is staying tight would buy it again.
I ordered my YAKIMA bike rack from you about 12 years ago and it is working great. The order experience went fine and would recommend your company. The bike rack is a YAKIMA 4 bike swing away. The new bike rack is for an e bike and is a roll up ramp type.

The trailer hitch arrived on time, as described. The only room for improvement would have been an email that my order had shipped. Prior to delivery I was concerned that because I didn't get a shipping notice/email that perhaps it was not going to arrive as described. My order arrived as described, and I was very happy with my order.

Our order that was sent USPS ground was not packaged well and a part was lost. The package in the box was heavy and the ends of the box were not taped shut and a piece fell out during shipping. We are now waiting for you company to send us that missing part. Our camper is tore apart and hopefully the part arrives before out planned trip,
