We weren't sure about the ordering process but once we called a spoke to someone it was clear what we would need. We ordered our ac unit in the afternoon and it arrived the next day. We did have to wait for the start capacitor but it showed up a few days later and it did not stop up from getting the unit installed.

Is what I wrote to them it was supposed to come in for a trip Monday but didn't get here until Thursday after we had already left. The part fit fine but didn't have it when we needed it.

As the title states, the packaging and shipment of a trailer hitch needs to be improved upon immensely. I had to get a replacement hitch sent out because the box was absolutely destroyed causing the hitch to be exposed in various places. Paint was chipped in numerous places which mean I now have to paint it so that after it is installed, the hitch won't rust. At the very least, wrap the hitch in plastic or bubble wrap so that there is some attempt at protecting the item in transit. Don't just put the hitch in a box, staple it up and slap a label on it and call it a day.
I have purchased two other cheaper ones that were supposed to be good and they last about 6 months. After installing this one and using it I'm well satisfied.

The part arrived on time but it didn't work on my refrigerator. It wasn't long enough. No dimensions in the ad so I had no idea until I went to install it. Returned the product
Looking through the site for a flat tow tow bar system and there are several kits that are not complete and the information is very confusing for someone who has little experience with these kits.
I was able to get the rest of what was needed in a timely fashion but I was ordering online to save some money and I could have been a bit stress free at the same cost going through a local dealer...

The purchase and fulfillment of my inno box was smooth until the delivery company contacted me to schedule a dropship only. I informed them that I live on a busy street and would prefer it dropped in the back of my house. That was not an option. Poor experience.
