Good online service, got exactly what was needed. USPS lost order several times (routed to 3 other cities after being in neighboring town). 2-day shipping became 5-day and had to postpone vacation by a day to install brake controller.
Ordered the eTrailer hitch after watching some videos and reading over the wealth of information on the website. Item arrived quickly and feels high quality. Multiple follow up emails were sent that felt a little more personalized that a system auto-response. I ignored them since everything was going well but got the feel the follow up was sincere.

As always Etrailer is one of the best retailers to deal with. Their website is easy to navigate, full of helpful information, and has excellent video tutorials to watch. Their shipping department has excellent turnaround times. No one else does it as well as you do.
Overall website is easy to navigate and shipping was even faster than advertised. My only issue i ran into was on my 2020 sequioa the blank i popped out to install the new controller insert didn't match up. Was able to make it work and the overall install looks nice.
