The trailer hitch fits as in the video (posted on etrailer website) to my car (2024 calligraphy NE). I did get help from a younger man to attach the tow hitch to the frame and to torque all the bolts (I am 67). I'll make one note the last step to install back the plastic cover, I have to cut 2 (1 inch X 1 inch) openings to fit it back in (the 12 mm bolts were on the way).
The ordering process was simple, especially with the help of your expert person. Everything arrived as advertised. One day late on shipping, but that was not an issue. Very happy with the overall experience.

Their ad had info about the specific models the part was compatible with so I could order with confidence. The part came relatively quick (not Prime fast but fast enough). Just installed the part after quick search on youtube for how to instructions. After seeing how it went together, I opted for hand clamp instead of hammer and was able to install while cargo box was still on the vehicle.
Ordered a tow hitch wiring for 2024 honda odyssey, although it says not for 2024 model, it is the same as 2018-2024 body style.

No issues, easy, the instructions were accurate and helpful. I was a little worried about using the fish wire but it worked like a charm. I did remove the exhaust muffler from my 2021 Mazda CX-30, it made it easier dfor me installing the hitch by myself, but that is just me. It did the installation without jacking up the vehicle and with a crawler and hand tools. I did use an air wrench to remove and reinstall the exhaust. Great product, using it for a Yakima bike rack.
