Lots of information, site is easy to use. Also the site packages the harness adaptor with the controller, which saves time.
The plug and play harness arrived damaged and unusable. An email detailing the issue and they had a replacement sent right away, but it is worth mentioning that this issue would have been avoided altogether if packaging included some padding/protection.

Easy to find the parts I needed. The install videos are very helpfull. Only problem is the part did not work on my 2020 highlander hybrid platinum. Bought one harness that was recommended, that did not fit the rear harness. Bought the second harness that was recommended if the car had the tow harness already installed. It plugged right in, but did not work. Had to go to toyota to get a harness and another box installed to work.
