Ordered Towing Mirrors with no issues. Ordering was easy to understand and went smoothly. I received the mirrors a day earlier than stated. One mirror box was damaged but the mirror was not damaged at all. Reviewed installation procedure via a really well done video by etrailer.
After installation mirrors work very well. Mirrors extended and retracted smoothly and moved inward toward the vehicle and return without any issues. They work very well and I am well pleased with these mirrors.

Ordering process was good as usual and parts in stock. Downside is USPS as they are not reliable.

Pretty easy install can be done with 1 person. I would suggest before you receive the hitch to clean out the threads. I had to use a wire brush on a drill because of some light rust. Nylon brush was not enough. This took longer then the actual install. Always run one of the bolts through all the holes to make sure the threads are clean enough. I would say there was some damage to the box and hitch from shipping. It is a pretty heavy item only some small chipping of the paint. Box was pretty sturdy but package handlers do toss boxes around in the warehouses.

The bracket I received was not the one depicted, but it has been a challenge to get the precisely correct one, and I was able to modify this one to work.

I conducted a search for the part I needed and etrailer was in the results and had exactly what I was looking for.

This was a very good experience! They informed me every step of the way on the progress of the order and that includes up to and after delivery.

You can be certain that the parts you buy on e-trail will fit your car.

The a/c unit was plug and play, Easy! Everything was Just as described. It blows super cold air and well built.

This was my first time buying with Etrailer but my family and some friends have and have had great service. I ordered a hitch, wiring assembly and air bags for my Toyota RAV4. Everything was here within 5 days and we put it on. I had a question about the wiring due to having a Hybrid—They literally called and walked us through it. It's been great. For once something was as good as advertised with great service too! Thanks Etrailer!

I ordered the vent cover to replace a cracked one and it fit as promised. Was delivered on time. Will order again next time.
