Shopping afternoon of trip departure end of day, cart said deliver same day which seemed too good to be true. So called in to question it, "she" said there is a distribution center in SLC, UT so "yes", it will arrive same day. Was leaving on trip early next day so being induced by the same day promise, paid the additional freight. Did not arrive until late in the day after so it delayed our departure. Called in afterwards to express concern about other customers being induced into purchase and additional freight and "she" admitted it was a website problem. Received an apology but no gesture to refund the additional freight. Would have been 5 stars if a refund for the additional freight was offered and given.
