The overall purchase was great and the roof rack was as shipped out with a day or so. However, why choose USPS to ship a roof rack? It took nearly 2 weeks to arrive when UPS or FedEx could have it in 2-3 days (Missouri to Ohio). Because of this, the roof rack didn't arrive in time for my vacation.
My item was available and the person on the chat was able to help me find it. The order arrived faster than expected, and was exactly as described. I am new to camping so this was a great first experience and I will be ordering more items in the future. Thank you!

Received my item pretty quick. Only issue was the box was ripped up like someone was trying to peek at it but good thing they tape the screws and bolt in the hole of the hitch which was really secure other wise it would of fell off so I gave a 4/5 other wise 5/5 if the box was intact.

I remain pretty confused as to why there is no satisfactory solution to dealing with mating to the OEM pigtail on Lance campers that includes maintaining the 8 gauge positive to the camper. I'm not happy that I'm about to hack of the OEM pigtail on my camper but I don't see any other way of dealing with this since there's not a Lance dealer within an 8 hour drive from here and evidently it's written into law that nobody other than a Lance dealer can deal with this as designed.
Ordered a hitch for a Rav4 Prime. Quick shipping. Order arrived with the hitch sticking out of the cardboard box in 3 places. Paint scuffed up, corners beat up. Sent pictures. Quick turnaround on getting a replacement. Only one side poking out ot the box upon delivery of the replacement. Not as scuffed up. Needed paint. Took a little over an hour to install. Great install video.

I went to install the fifth wheel conversion hitch and maybe it's supposed to me like that but the holes in the tube are off center from the plate
