Order was handled in a timely manner. Box arrived with the attach bracket poking out of the box in 2 places. Fortunately, there was no loss of the contents created by the punctures. Box seems underbuilt for this type of merchandise. The contents sticking outside of the box could easily damage other boxes traveling in the delivery vehicle. I believe that, sooner or later, you will receive complaints from the shipping carrier about this issue. Recommend a heavier quality of cardboard.

The install went well with the clear instructions. The only issue I had was with those dang exhaust hangers. But that's not ya'lls problem. The hitch looks great! We are hanging a bike rack on it and loading our two E-bikes to take to the beach tomorrow. Thank you for the speedy shipping!

Site was easy to nav and there were multiple options for each of the products I was interested in. One star off because I called to get a better feel for what the difference between two competing products was and it was apparent the person on the phone had no real experience with them, was simply looking at product descriptions, and had zero inclination to try and actually determine what, if any, the advantage of the more expensive one might be.

This DrawTite Hitch was a perfect fit, easy bolt up, and exactly as described. No trimming necessary. The only disappointment was how the shipping box was nearly destroyed. E-trailer followed up quickly, and I'm satisfied!
