Hitch for my CX-5 quickly and in good condition though the box was a little mangled. Instructions were pretty clear although even with that and having two people lifting the hitch into place it was difficult to get the first two bolts started. Once we got them though everything else went smoothly.

I received the trailer hitch and parts I ordered. When the box arrived it showed significant external damage, but the hitch and parts box seemed intact. When we tried to mount the hitch on our vehicle yesterday, we discovered that one of the mounting flanges was bent. We were able to straighten it and finished the installation.

Place the order and it got rejected as they will not ship anything Yakima or Thule to Canada, although this is not stated anywhere on their website!
I had to order it to a PO box in the States, also they don't charge tax on orders so be careful when shipping to Canada you will have a brokerage charge which I didn't notice at first. So thank goodness I had it shipped to the states anyway.
