The ordering process was very simple, the delivery was not, the tracking showed the items sat in Cleveland for two days before it was delivered.

All was great with ETRAILER, however the shipper (ups) delivered package to wrong house and stated on his daily report he was met by customer!

I was silly and took off the back plastic part that stops the rear tire tray from falling off. The tray fell, so I got this replacement. This replacement is better than the original because it has a higher wall on one side
