I needed M8 T-Bolts to mount the Hideaway Awning on the side wall of my van roof rack. Thule does not provide this part on their website, so it was great to find them on eTrailer.com.
Item (Yakima Rocket Box mount kit) came on time and was as described. While the part bag opened, apparently in transit, the parts stayed in the shipping envelope. I appreciate the fast and efficient service. However. I am a returning customer and if there was a way on your website for me to sign in to bring up my personal information I missed that option.
Fits my 24 Sequoia correctly. A little stiff getting it on, but works well. I was pleased to find that etrailer.com had mirrors to fit. Order was placed on 6/13 and delivered six days later. I am pleased with the whole process.

Magnetic door switch is different size from the original door switch on a Winnebago 2012 24j box that is mounted on a Freightliner chassis with Mercedes Benz diesel 2011 I think this will work when I hook it up.
Bought side view mirror extensions because I have a 24 ft. X 8.5 ft wide pontoon boat. Haven't used them yet but I'm sure they will work great.
Everything went together per your YouTube instructions but the bumper reinstall on my 2022 Ram was the only challenge. It's done and you have another happy customer.
Receiver was damaged in the box. Not the fault of etrailer, in fact they already shipped a replacement. 3 stars just due to hassle caused by JVC sending the unit damaged.

I ordered never adjust brakes for my Columbus 5th wheel camper. Ordering online was easy by selecting the make and model of my camper and going from there. Package arrived on time and the brakes were well packaged. I have yet to install them but have inspected each and they are in great shape. I plan to install them next week and will inspect my rotors at that time. If I need new ones I will order from etrailer that same way I ordered the brakes.
