After damaging my Kwikee single step on my motorhome, I was able to get the videos and specifications I needed from etrailer.com in order to replace my damage unit with the exact unit I needed. The box that came in said that it did not include a controller, which spooked me a little bit, but as soon as I opened it and inspected the item, I realized it was exactly what I ordered and did, indeed, include the controller. After reviewing the manufacturers instructions and videos twice, I was able to proceed and change the damage step out with the new one in approximately one hour. Thank you etrailer.com!

I had to be on my way for a trip so I bought tail lights to replace the ones that had water inside them from a crack in the housing. They are bright and proportionally similar to the original. Would buy again, esp. If I had OEM

I've been putting this project off for years, because I knew it was going to be time consuming and difficult. The installation videos are great. They were very detailed and easy to follow along. Now I wish I had installed the receiver earlier.

The etrailer site was user friendly, quick and purchase was made with relative ease.The delivery was quick as well.
I did give only 4 stars due to the fact that I was given a number to call if a problem occured. The number given was sent straight to voicemail and no call was returned. After a few calls I was able to reach a young lady who was very helpful. All in all a decent experience.

Dealing with etrailer was a great experience. They were in constant communication with me, updating me with details of delivery and all.

The chat help was great finding the correct product I need for my truck and 5th wheel hitch.

The only issue I had was that the holes for the bolts that hold the carrier were not lined up so putting the bolts thru was a little trying. Everything else was exactly as described. I put both carriers on my Atlas Cross Sport and the were sturdy and secure. I have a problem because of my height that getting the straps over the kayaks is very difficult for me, so make you guys can come up with a tool or process to overcome that issue. But that is not a defect in the product. We are enjoying kayaking often now.

Instructions were very off and the fitment wasn't perfect (had to hammer like 5mm of the gas tank) but ended up getting it to work. Overall seems to be good quality.

It was easy to place my order. Received my order in good condition in a timely manner.
