My order had no bolts in the box to put them on with had to go buy some other place. But have them installed now and so far I like them loading tomorrow will see how they work with a loaded trailer.

The color of the wiring on the harness were wrong and there was a short in the wiring that I had to fix. It was causing all of my brake lights to blink when I turned on my turn signals. I was able to fix it on my own though

Overall satisfied with the purchase and the product, at the end it came just on time before my trip. However, had a sour experience online, I placed the order on a Sunday and the order was cancelled twice stating my address didn't match that of my card (which it did), so this meant the delivery lead time went from Wednesday to Thursday, and I had to leave early Friday. Well I called on Monday and I was able to place the order (using the same address), but has to pay 7 dollars extra to get it to me on Wednesday

Hitch fit well on my 2023 Honda pilot, and worked fine on my trip

I would recommend more specific measurements on hole/slot openings.
I will need to return my entire order since parts are not correct sizes

The hitch and parts arrived. It was a bit hard to get the 2nd side lined up with the bolts - but we got it done. It does rub something - we will need to adjust.

Only note is that if you put a bike rack on a 2023 Nissan Rogue - with bikes - you have to turn on the parking assist or you cannot back up.

The part was just what I needed, it came on time, and the process was really smooth
