Fantastic information on the etrailer site about the major items with lots of extensive reviews provided by customers. Wish they stocked the B & W graphite discs, but I found them online with free shipping.
The hitch base arrived intact, although the packaging is not up to shipping abuse. B & W should improve on this packaging. The hitch head is well protected in its box.
Installation went smoothly, and I have not towed with it yet as I haven't taken delivery of my trailer. Will update after some miles!
I've been looking for a remedy for sag and roll from a 3000 # slide in camper on my dodge 3500. I located the Timbren severe service bump stops and just installed them and road tested. They work very, very well, and also very easy install. Highly recommend

Finding and selecting are very easy but when you go to place yout order you have to keep going through screens to finish your order. Thought I ordered before then realized I didn't finish the transaction.
Items arrived in great condition but 2 days after the day advertised at time of order. I was hoping to get them installed before a trip and unfortunately they arrived to late.
The ordering and delivery process were top notch. The box however arrived somewhat beat up. The hitch is still in the unopened box awaiting install next week. Hopefully nothing was damaged in transit.
