Routine exchange without a "hitch." My first order did not sit correctly on my factory bars. I needed a rack with a narrow profile and one that would accommodate thru axel road forks.

Website is very nice, details are good, but the images of someone holding up a dust cap or grease seal are limited in usefullness. It would be better if the image was taken using that big ruler so we could see a dimension. Overall, I have always appreciated etrailer for towing & trailerling needs!

Called the number, I forget who helped me, she knew what she was doing, took her time, very pleasant, and I had my replacement trailer light a couple days later.

I ordered a gasket seal for my slide out. Previously I had rain water leaking in when the slide was "in". The original gasket was rather thin and floppy. The replacement one from etrailer was at least twice as thick and rigid. I pulled the original one out very easily, but I did have to struggle a bit to insert the replacement one. Now that it is in place I feel it will do the job far better than the old one. It is more rigid due to the thickness. I can't imagine the original one was ever this thick. Since I am stationary for the next three months, I won't know how good it is until I bring my slide in and drive through a rainstorm.

I ordered a trailer hitch for my car. Easy to find, straight forward description, and suggested the wiring harness needed for my car. Made it simple to order both. This is the second time I've used ETrailer and if a thrid is needed, They'll get that order also.

Great transaction, was expecting two small boxes for my wheel hubs but they came in one huge rectangular box which made me think that I was sent the wrong part but it was correct.
