I have used e trailer in the past and have always been happy with the service and products. That being said for this particular item I did find it on Amazon for the same price with free shipping so it did cost a bit more. I will continue to look at e trailer for future product but will also do more research for the best total cost.

We replaced the plastic piece on our slidingl bedroom door in our motorhome. It looks really nice and it seems like it will keep the door secure. We will finds out in a couple weeks when we drive it across the mountains!

Everything was as described but the shipping left something to be desired. The box arrived damaged and the staples holding the box shut were completely pulled through leaving the box wide open. Fortunately all the hardware in the bag and the box holding the wire harness was still there.

Learning about the product, how it fit my vehicle, and all optional accessories and similar products was very easy on the etrailer website. The product itself is fairly well-built, although the instructions are pretty poor and outdated from the manufacturer.

Easy to buy. No problem installing and it looks great. Mounting screws are a little small and not usable if mounting to thick steel. Good instructions and video.
