Easy to find the small part we needed- we have an older camper, but we are always able to find the parts we need with eTrailer.
Dealer wanted $1600 to install a trailer hitch on my new SUV. I purchased a hitch and wiring kit from etrailer and installed it myself. I saved a fortune and received a high quality product. The YouTube install videos were a great help.
Hitch arrived with more scratches and bare metal than expected. Contacted e-trailer and took the some money refunded option and bought some herculiner to re-paint the hitch. E-trailer stated these scratches are normal. That scratches were not due to shipping from e-trailer to me.
The install went fine and the hitch fits good.
Did not receive full order. It was confirmed that one part would arrive later and did. Always a pleasant experience.

If you have a floor jack to balance the hitch mounting your 6 bolts and nuts is much easier and you can do this job in 30 min.
The rack came on time. The directions were faulty. The measurements given were incorrect and I had to try several different places to understand that the measurements were wrong.

This trailer jack saved me for having to put blocks under the Jack To hook up or unhook my trailer thank you guys very much.
I upgraded to Curt class 5 reciever hitch on my 2005 Chevrolet 2500 HD. I was able to leave the spare tire on while I installed this in my drive way. I used a floor jack and 2x4 to help install this.
I received a bike rack that I could not attach to my hitch trailer due to not receiving the key component to attach the bike rack to my vehicle and hitch assembly. The Base assembly had to be recsearch and purchased from a different vendor. Crazy business model.
Please do not sell products that cant be used unless you by another product built for that assembly. Lippert sells the same bike rack but it comes with the base assemby to attach to the trailer hitch and vehicle. If I knew that I would have purchased directly from Lippert and I would not have paid $90 extra for shipping second day. Thius I received the product in two business days but could not assemble it due to the main part was not with the bike rack, The bike base assemby was missing,
Not sure if I will receive all the parts I want.
