These are some very nice lights. Very bright. A great replacement for some older lights.

Hitch and video was right on point
Only reason not 5 star, I was seeking help on the wiring harness for the backup sensor and couldn't get any specifics. My 2017 Pilot does have the sensors, however no one could articulate or demonstrate what it would do and where the actual plug is on the car.

Item was not complete in a perfectly packaged box, no way for anyone to have known, discontinued item so not able to reorder but the company worked to make it a happy ending. I will continue to order from them.

The price was what sold me on your product and the fit will be the tell tell approval

Although the replacement part was almost as expensive as the total package, I don't suppose etrailer is completely responsible for that. Mirror extensions for my van about $50. Two clips to secure the mirrors $32. Of course, the clips are really sacrificial to keep the mirrors from being destroyed. So I didn't have to buy more mirrors that really saved me $20.

I received the sumo helper springs. I have not had a chance to load test them, but they feel good for regular driving. I did not use the spacers but possibly in the future. There was an issue in getting the bolts to thread in. There were not enough exposed threads to screw in. Eventually, I discovered that the bolt heads would slide too deep into the socket when in the vertical position. Tip: I put a paper towel filler into the socket. Problem solved.

Packing was a little concerning. Product power converter was in big box with some brown packing paper for protection.
Luckily product was handled good and no damage to box or product. Installed immediately to check for proper operation. Everything is working. Thank you.

Watched YouTube video ad,a person with mechanical knowledge is surely able to install.

I just received the trailer brake controller. I installed today using the YouTube video on how to install. Took me a few hours but finally got installed. Next I have to pull out my trailer and test it.

This is exactly what I have been looking for! You can unscrew with 1 hand to you don't need to be crouched down so low with arms under RV. We've all been recipients of that disgusting splash before, & this puts you further from the "action". High quality

Shipping was on time with this order. Only improvement I'd like to see is an actual tracking number provided when it's available. Right now all I was able to do is go to the etrailer website, "find my order" and then click on UPS that's highlighted. Then it takes you to the ups website and tracks the package with more up to date info. Otherwise, etrailer just gives you an order number and says it's enroute.

I called customer service to confirm the trailer jack would run off my 12V from my truck and it does. Made it easy as I had purchased another jack from another company and it did not run off the 12V from my truck. This company is good on the phone!

Etrailer is "always" easy to navigate, great video applications and always my go to for important trailer related products.
