Box was delivered with holes in it. The trailer hitch didn't seem sized right for the box and its weight made its way out. I found what I needed, but the product assumes you are dumb and does not have any operating theory. I could not get running lights to activate on the trailer light adapter and I really do not know why you sell it.

Ordered 11 2x4 LED lights and 2 taillights. They were just thrown in a box with no packing material to protect them. Lenses were scratches from banging into each other. Not enough to hassle with trying to exchange, but it shows no care was given.

Got it very quickly and the enclosed instructions were very helpful! This was one of the hardest vehicles to install the wiring harness. Just wish you did have the video for the 2025 Chevy Trax. Had to almost take apart the entire cargo area to install it. No fault of yours!
