Customer service communication this stellar is remarkable. Most online companies I deal with are more than happy to take my money, but once that is done they don't give a second thought about the customer. E-trail has been in constant communication with me and even followed up with an email to confirm that I did get my item. Who does that?

So, I'm thankful that I'm mechanically inclined. And, I have a pretty good knowledge of suspensions in general. The included instructions are, shall we say, less than helpful. The look like they were originally done on a memeograph machine from 1972, then photocopied, then copies made of those copies. In today's technological world, I'm pretty sure you can redo those instructions where the pictures are viewable. Hit up Dexter and see if they can can manage to get that done. Product is good and did the job.

Went on as expected but do not come with lower support brace, so had to use old ones -- had an issue with the screw attachment for one of the four braces
Easy to follow, being able to see installation videos is extremely helpful in understanding whether or not I wanted to install it myself. Decide to stay away from the hidden crossbar because I didn't want to pull the rear clip off a 9 year old car - likely to no go well
One day I realized that the end cap for my Yakima Overhaul rack fell off. Not sure if I unscrewed it and forgot to screw it back in but it was gone. I looked everywhere for a replacement, but sadly even Yakima did not have a replacement part. I saw that E-trailer had a replacement part so I ordered it right away and got it in less than a week I installed it and fitted it perfectly.
It would've been nice to have a tool to open the ring that holds the trailer lift on. No directions came with it. That wasn't very nice, because it was extremely stressful on us!
Ordered and arrived within reasonable time frame havn't had time to inspect package and install yet, hopefully in next few days.
Easy process. I have ordered from etrailer twice. Both times, the process was super easy, which is good, as I am not very tech savvy. The other great thing is the product always arrives when they say it will.
