The vendor was awesome, USPS was the issue. I was tracking my package and it kept going from Boston to New Hampshire back to Boston and back to New Hampshire and I live in the city next to Boston. The item showed up a day late and delayed my plans.

We needed a new fan-tastic rv roof fan vent cover to replace the one that had gone missing after T.S. Alberto decided to take the one we had. That's just what you have to put up with sometimes for getting to live right on the Gulf of Mexico in Texas. So i got on the internet and did a little searching and found etrailers website to be more reputable than others i had been to. So i placed our order on 6/29/24 on their website and went to the checkout page where i chose the next higher postage option so it would arrive by 7/2 but did not get it. Had to leave early the next morning to go and cover up the open hole on the roof since we now had another storm coming in called Beryl. Our package finally arrived later that day after we got back from doing temporary repairs but by then it was to late in the race to make any permanent repair since everyone was now busy making preparations for hurricane Beryl's arrival. We were finally allowed back on bolivar peninsula on 7/11 for a short period of time to assess any possible damages due to a lack of electricity from power poles being torn down from 75 mph + wind. Once we are allowed back in permanently i will install the new fan-tastic vent cover that we purchased which appears that it will fit properly and fix our problem. To make a long story short as the title says it all, the next time we might order something from etrailer if at all, we will not pay extra shipping and not have our order show up on the day the website stated it would be here.

I had a leveling leg break down while on an extended trip. I ordered the part on-line. I was not told until the day after I placed my order that I had to confirm the address since it was not my home shipping address. Was originally promised on July 5, but did not arrive until July 9. I even called to check on the order immediately after placing it and was told all was good and it should arrive at the destination on July 5.

Item installed easily. Now just need to connect the fifth wheel up for a road trip. I will update after I get the chance to test.

I ordered a brake controller, and also wanted a pigtail to wire into my truck, so I could easily unplug and remove the controller when not in use. There are numerous controller options, and many of the pictures are identical, with prices varying greatly. I chose one that had a photo of the pigtail I needed, realizing only after receiving the pigtail-less controller that it was a customer photo.

I ordered new trailer fenders in white. The next day I received a message that they were out of stock until the end of July. I was able to substitute the color white for black tho each fender was an additional $5. They arrived quickly and will fit almost perfectly.
