When the package was delivered I noticed a nut on the ground. There were holes torn in both ends so I put the nut inside, just in case. I opened the box 10 days later to install and 4 of the 8 bolts were missing. The nuts/bolts that were there were just floating around in the box, not packaged. No paperwork in the box either. Luckily I held onto the nuts/bolts from the pc I was replacing and used those to replace the missing ones.

We removed the shower that came with our trailer because a sink in the bathroom would be what we would need and use. The sink we ordered fits perfectly. Working on getting everything installed -- we do our own work! So glad we found this sink!

Chat help idetified the alternative product, 25 inch thule trie straps. Recieved and installed in minutes. The destination E can now handle a big fat tire bike with ease - all good.

Cardboard was ripped and hitch was sticking out. It was still intact but had to cut the box open to get it out.
