I was concerned that I wouldn't get the access door in time. It was nice to be able to track the packages. It allowed me to detemine the sequence of the repair of the trailer.

Easy to be comfortable with the purpose since it is stated to specifically fit my 2019 toyota highlander. Easy installation and that was just doing it myself. Not recommended however since it actually is a two person job. One to hold the hitch in place while the other installs the bolts.

Freight carrier repeatedly postponed delivery because it wasn't convenient for them. I told Etrailer to cancel my order since the delivery was two weeks past the original delivery estimate. I was notified that they would immediately initiate a return. The following week I was told that I'd have to pay for shipping and a re-stocking fee even though they didn't live up to expectations. Still waiting for my refund.

I purchased the trailer wiring harness for a 2015 Dodge Dart. I read all of the reviews and found that most people complained about having to route the 12 volt power feed from the battery. I spent a lot of time searching forums about this problem and finally found a solution. The manufacturer has a spare Red with Black tracer wire bundled in the rear driver side taillight wiring. The wire runs from the fuse box inside the engine compartment. You have to look for a wire that is capped with shrink tube.

Replaced an order to replace the bumper on our Coachmen Apex trailer and ended up with several parts that we did not need and are too heavy to return. It would be nice if I could've entered my make and model number and then it would tell me which bumper I needed.
