I was well informed about my order and its shipment and got an arrival verification email as well. Everyone I spoke with to place the order was polite and courteous. The coated springs I ordered were well packaged. My only issue was with the shackle straps, I wanted galvanized and the rep gave me a part # that ended in GALV, so we both assumed that would galvanized. They were not, they were actually bare metal. I called to confirm that I was not accidently shipped the wrong item. Actually I received the item that I ordered, but I was offered to return the shackles but kept them since the trailer was all apart. I coated them as best I could with cold galvanizing spray-not as good but all I could really do. Would be a 5 star rating other than that.The whole staff that I interacted with was great!
Etrailer was great to deal with as always. UPS damaged my package and delivered it late with parts missing. I contacted customer service and Amy took care f sending me what was lost in shipping.

The product looks to be a quality product. We have not yet installed the wheels, so can not attest to performance of product. The shipping preparation needs to be improved. The item was sent in the original box and was not able to withstand the shipping process. The box had completely fallen apart and had to be taped repeatedly. Luckily all the parts were there when it was delivered.
