Trying to find a replacement wheel hub assembly for an old trailer. Got ahold of customer service, gave them the bearing type and dimensions of the hub, I was given a recordation and the part part was shipped promptly. The new hub looks to be well made but unfortunately the part is about.75" too long and will not sit correctly on my spindle. Customer service has been great so far, the only criticism I have is that the cap had a dent that could have been prevented with a little packing material in the box.

Easily installed, hitch & light kit worked great, was impressed with quietness.

# 4 now I'll keep buying as long as they are made in USA. Ty now 2024 passport installed. Worked on cars for 8 years easiest one iv done and iv work for car 2 dealership. Instructors were easy to understand and and helpful. On previous installations this one was super easy nothing in the way
Just had to put another coat of paint on cuz upstate New York puts way to much road salt down in the winter. Hitch and wiring came in 3 to 4 days. Came with all hardware this time. They were very prompt last time when I was missing a bolt or whatever I didn't have. Very happy like buying as much USA products as possible.

I received the item, but the packaging was not protective. There is a dent.

So a lot of the reviews describe the install as easy, which may be true if you have a way to elevate the car, power tools, and some experience doing this kind of thing. If you have none of those things, then this is a pretty challenging task. I installed in my driveway using manual socket wrenches, a pry bar, and a screwdriver, along with the fish wire and wd40. I got it done, mostly by myself with a friend helping to hold the hitch during the final install, but it was definitely not easy, and took about 6 hours. I will say that if I did it over, I would just remove the muffler rather than drop the exhaust, as other reviews mentioned, because getting to the bolts with it on is most of the battle. The other side is pretty easy once you get the plastic underbody piece off, but it took me a while to figure out how to get it back on after the hitch was installed. Just fair warning, if you have little experience with this kind of thing and don't have the tools or lift, it will be a struggle. That being said, I got it on and am excited to use it!

It was easy to select the right hitch and your installation videos were helpful. I especially liked that I could install the hutch with zero modifications to my bumper.
