Too bad the boat is fatter in the front 1/3 and skinner in the back where the guides are. Still it will get the boat aimed in the general direction and show me where the end of the trailer is.

Easy to order. Delivered in time. Perfect wheels and tires for my son's boat trailer.
The shipping time was quick, thank you! Upon arrival the box had ripped in the spot where the hitch attaches to the vehicle (hitch had pressed through the box). Luckily it was intact otherwise, and all parts were inside. The box is made well, with 2 handles built in for carrying (thank you). Perhaps consider an additional layer of cardboard inside to add reinforcement in these areas of extra pressure?

Hitch that was sent doesn't fit my vehicle, even called a professional installer and they agree it can't fit or be safely modified. Hoping etrailer will make this right.

Was initially disappointed to find the hitch had torn through the box during shipment (just saying this as a "buyer beware"). But after inspection it was still in perfect condition. Was able to install it solo (with a little help from a small car jack and 9 year old). Manual was helpful as this was the first time putting on a hitch like this. Overall, solid product, would definitely buy here again.
The video that showed how to install was super helpful. I was able to install myself in an hour. Hardest part was torquing the screws on my back on the ground.
