The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because of the same issues others are having. The boxes that the hitches are shipped in. When I received my box, you could see parts of the hitch sticking out of 2 sides of the box. Other than that, the product seems to be great. My customer was happy with how it turned out. I did run the trailer wiring harness down to the hitch so my customer didn't have to pull it out of the trunk to use it. Install was easy enough and the wires to get the bolts through were awesome to get with the kit.

Customer service #******* was very helpful. I had some questions about delivery time. It was super fast

As every one gets older, we come to appreciate a less strenuous way to enter and exit our RV. This 4 step attachment allows me to do that with ease. There wasn't much space below the door on my pop up pickup camper so I had to fab an extension in order to mount the bracket.

Great gear. Online installation tutorials are the best, not just for installation, but also to compare and review different products. As a bonus, I received my order in two days via standard shipping (!), really great!

Was in a hurry to use a used hollywood rack that needed a lock and straps. I bought a couple of wrong hitch locks and still have not used the rack! This fit as described, the price was good and I'm sorry I shopped around. Ordering straps today! Lesson learned. Thanks for the followup and follow thru!

Pain in the butt to find e-trailer installer dealer.
No one knows about these sumo spring helper.
E-trailer installs dealer list are out of date.
