Super quick shipping. 1 person install takes a bit but it's not impossible.

Haven't had time to install yet. I hope it will be easy to use and install.

The hitch was delivered swiftly and packaged with care so it seemed. Solid hitch bolted right up except for one hole which means nothing other than removing a small amout of material to pass the bolt through.

Amazon would not ship the item to my address but etrailer.com shipped it and it arrived earlier than expected. Item was also less expensive then Amazon's price. I will use etrailer.com for all my trailer parts shopping for now on

Everything wired up perfectly to my 01 ram 1500 that is a none tow package. I did have some issues with lighting but had absolutely nothing to do with this kit I ordered it was a malfunction on an old wire harness attached to the truck by a previous owner. Brakes worked properly on the trailer with the hook up and now I'm installing a new light harness for brakes and turn signals shortly. (Ordered that new kit from Etrailer as well)

The selection was good and the site allowed the ability to compare the different aspects with video and photos.

I placed my order mid-afternoon on a Sunday, and not more than four hours later I got a notice that it had shipped! And then I received my shipment - packaged extremely well and carefully - in about three days. The website allows you to put in your trailer model, and has very helpful advice on whether the equipment will work for your trailer. I also got a very friendly follow-up email making sure I had received my shipment and asking me to let them know if there were any problems, which there were not. I am very pleased with etrailer and will use them again if I need anything for my Airstream.

Ordered 2 sets of TruRyde Electric Break assemblies. The shipper put all four in a box that was 3 times too big with a few pieces of paper for packing. Bad idea on the shippers part. Breaks came out banged up, not to the point I want to return just to go through this again. They'll work.
