Because of the weight of the hitch, and other reviews, I expected to have problems with shipping and mangled box/missing parts. Was pleasantly surprised the box arrived intact, with nothing missing or damaged.
I needed low-profile side-loading cradles so my kayak could clear the garage door when on top of my car. These were out of stock at my local dealer, but e-trailer had them (for a better price, too!). They arrived right on time. It's also nice to be able to load from the side inside the garage, rather than having to pull the car out to load from the rear.
