The database assigns a person to an address the first time something is ordered and shipped to that address. This leads to all subsequent shipments to that address to have the name of the first customer assigned to them even if they weren't the individual who placed that order. This is in regard to the email communications and package label where I placed the order and filled out the shipping and billing information during order placement, but my shipping confirmation email and package had my family members name on them.
Just received my etrailer branded ball hitch. It's welded crooked, easy to see. Made in China. I will be contacting them tomorrow for a replacement.
